HQ Software Cosulting was created by two software engineers in October 2003, as a limited liability firm, based in Bucharest, Romania.

During its three years activity, the company proved its capability to be a reliable partner on the software market, by offering high-quality services in both side advantageous terms. The main core of the company's culture is the respect towards customers, reflected by the commitment to deliver the requested services in time and at the exigencies previously assumed by contract.

As a result, the company has grown constantly over these past three years, from all the points of view. For example, the staff increased from 4 dedicated developers in 2003, to more than 25 in 2007. In these circumstances, for better servicing the interests of our customers and increase the staffing flexibility for their projects, a subsidiary was open in Iasi.

From a financial point of view, HQ experienced steady growth as well. Therefore, the total turnover of the company increased with more than 70% every year of operation.
