Why Do The Worlds Elite Need A Coach?
by Krystyna E. Leduc
Its almost as if the few who jet set around the world, achieving great things, know something many other people dont. Typically, youll find them multi-tasking on one hand, and enjoying exorbitant amounts of luxury, freedom, cars, fancy events, and more exotic vacations.
It seems that the worlds elite has, at the very least, gotten a good idea of what it takes to be financially successful. Often times, behind the successful individual you will find the reasons they often do so great is they report to a combination of the following: athletic coach, a marriage counselor, estate advisor, financial consultant, business guide, and life coach!
Since a coach is a person whose job it is to help you focus on distinct areas of life, it makes sense that the worlds most successful people keep coaches around for everything. Reaching objectives is the one thing successful people seem to do often, and pretty well, for good reason.
I imagine the worlds elite seek for someone with deep skill in the area of achievement, and focused vision to guide someone to hyper-growth. A world-wide view is required. Using a good coach will often help an already successful individual become a greater communicator, leader, and in general much more effective. If you are coaching the worlds elite, it is likely you have honed your own personal abilities, and have a keen ability to think outside the box and create a grand vision for your client.
Two excellent coaches guiding the leaders of the globe like in the above examples are Tony Robbins and Nancy Salzman of Executive Success Programs (ESP) Nxivm – Executive Success Programs. The fascinating thing is that they each had significant training themselves in neuro-linguistic programming, or NLP, as they trained under one of the co-founders of NLP. To this day, Tony Robbins works NLP into his coursework and seminars. While Nancy Salzman used NLP for many years, she has moved onto Rational Inquiry, a trademarked term for the method she employs in her training.
In studying the two different methods, NLP and Rational Inquiry ™, Ive discovered that while they have similar missions, the process itself is quite different. In NLP, one is trained to become a more skilled communicator, to have more heightened self-awareness, and ultimately mature their individual behavioral patterns. Using Rational Inquiry ™, one has a greater chance of realizing success by removing limiting ideas and barriers. A person examines her basic beliefs, or emotional constitution, and perception of reality so as to better be able to achieve success. The beauty of both resources, whether NLP or Rational Inquiry, is there are trainings and seminars that are accessible to those of us who simply aspire to build greater financial prosperity.
